Here are the pix of our newly remodeled Executive Share #4 three bedroom pool house with a private cottage apartment, just a block off Dixie Hwy, south of Southern and north of Forest Hill; and close to the beach.
It has been totally redone; with two new bathrooms and a new kitchen, nice living room, 2 seat hi top kitchen table and a very nice pool table instead of a formal dining room! Seasonal rates (from Dec.
thru April) for the master bedroom with private bath are $3,000 (now booked!) two smaller bedrooms at $2,100 each (one still open!) that share the bath between them; and a one bedroom pool side cottage (still open!) with private bath and separate entrance for $2,700 on the pool deck! All HDTV's in the house are 55, 65 and 75 inch! Each bedroom is equipped with a minifridge, microwave and coffee setup! It has a nice new 6 ft.

The pool is surrounded by three gazebos, one with a 6 seat table, one with nice outdoor living room furniture around a fire pit and a 55 inch TV, with the third being the exercise area with a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical and dumbbells with a bench! There is also a nice covered outdoor bar and grill area, outdoor shower, along with a nice hot tub! There is also a nice area for cornhole on the side of the back yard! We also have a 3 wheel bike with baskets for trips to the beach and the store and for the numerous bars, restaurants and shopping centers.
We have two parking spots in the driveway and two more on the street right in front of the house.
With its walk (or bike!) to everything location and Cityplace and Clematis street just 5 minutes away and Delray Beach just 12 minutes away and bus lines only a block away; this centralized location will likely be our most popular one yet! Why is this style of lodging so popular; well, you only pay for your bedroom; the part of the home you use the most; while sharing all the common areas and all the amenities with the other residents! Of course you (or perhaps a friend!) will have the opportunity to tour the house before we accept a deposit, which is a one month deposit on any bedroom until your house tour and screening are both completed! Also, once you’re on board and in one of our rentals; you also have first dibs on switching to other rentals that do pop open which may be either better located for your needs or priced closer to your preferred affordability level! All our rentals have full size washers and dryers too! All our rentals are completely furnished with all utilities included and offer literally thousands of channels, fastest 1,200 MBPS wireless internet speed, and washer/dryer; as well as a 2nd full size fridge! We also refund all deposits in cash, in person at checkout; minus only the exit cleaning fee of $50 or $65 (if private bath!)
