Role Overview: CRO Manager
You’ll play a crucial role at Awesomely and spearhead the development and execution of strategies to enhance digital experiences and boost our revenue.
You'll strategize advanced testing processes, analyze data to drive decisions, and align these initiatives with our broader business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive CRO strategies that enhance digital visitor experiences, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
Oversee the execution of A/B and multivariate tests, personalization strategies, and experimentation to optimize digital properties.
Utilize A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to inform and guide CRO initiatives.
Utilize analytics and data science methodologies to analyze performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and align CRO strategies with overall business goals.
Cross collaborate with marketing, tech, and content teams to ensure cohesive and efficient execution of optimization strategies.
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Establish and refine processes, governance models, and testing frameworks to scale CRO efforts efficiently.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRO, including conversion rates, ROI, and other relevant metrics.
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record in Conversion Rate Optimization, with expertise in significantly improving conversion rates, ROAS, CPA, CAC, etc, particularly in the world of direct response marketing.
Expert level proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, experimentation, data analysis, segmentation, personalization, research, and related areas.
Skilled in UX design, marketing psychology, experimental design, persuasive architecture, and copywriting.
Hands-on experience in platforms such as Google Data Studio, Clickfunnels, Keap, Hotjar, VWO, and Optimizely.

Ability to create and evangelize the infrastructure, processes, and strategies for advanced testing and data-driven decision-making.
Strong capabilities in research and analysis, including consumer decision journeys, competitive analysis, business differentiation, and research methodologies like heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and user research.
Competency in department development, process design, strategic planning, and change leadership.
Exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration across departments.
Adaptable and innovative mindset, capable of responding effectively to the fast-paced digital landscape.
