*Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include*:
* Identify decision-makers within our client’s targeted outreach system and initiate the sales process based on consumer preferences and parameters given
* Act as a direct liaison between our clients and customer base to begin, establish, and maintain life-long relationships with both
* Serve as a subject matter expert for our clients and act as a resource across the entry-level Customer Service team to help foster a collaborative and professional work environment
* Deliver unparalleled customer service to our customers and results to our clients by upholding the standards of innovation and execution of daily responsibilities
* Assist in the retention of customers by establishing a relationship, managing the customer account, and overseeing it to product/service installation
* Assist upper-level Management by providing detailed reports measuring sales performance and examining customer acquisition targets
*Requirements of a Customer Service Representative*:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, and/or related degree preferred
* At least 1 year of experience in the fields of retail, hospitality, client relations, or any customer-facing position is required
* A naturally self-motivated individual that can benefit other entry-level Customer Service Representative with their drive and passion
* The ability to thrive and achieve results in a fast-paced and collaborative, team environment
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills while working with all Customer Service Representatives and when consulting with clients and customers
* A competitive drive to accomplish all client objectives to boost their overall customer acquisition rate
* The capability of pivoting and adapting quickly to solve problems, to stay at the forefront of strategic thinking with the team

Pay: $43,500.
