As we continue to expand our services and make a mark in the transportation industry, we are in search of an innovative and dynamic Senior Director, Digital Marketing & E-commerce to join our team.
Your Purpose As the Senior Director, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing strategies to drive online revenue growth, elevate user experience, and maintain our brand identity.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy to drive online presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
This pivotal role involves shaping the future of our brand's online presence, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
You will also be central in building the Brightline brand across every digital touchpoint including social media, website, and email marketing, to increase Brightline’s digital channel sales, transactions, and guest loyalty.
Additionally, you will lead our efforts to optimize our customer targeting and communication efforts to provide our guests with compelling brand messages and offers that will build Brightline.
Your Role Leadership Provides strategic direction and oversight to future digital channel development, including website, mobile app, digital menu boards, kiosks, and other future developments.
Oversees and implements the e-commerce product roadmap, from strategic planning to tactical implementation, monitoring product performance and user experience, to drive business growth.
Partners with cross-functional teams including Technology, Digital Products/UX/UI team as well as Commercial Operations (Marketing, Sales, Pricing & Revenue, Merchandising) to maximize demand sales through our web and mobile application.
Database Marketing Develop and execute sophisticated email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Utilize data-driven insights to enhance email marketing performance and engagement.
Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize engagement and conversions.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
Social Media & Content Marketing Oversee the management and optimization social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to leverage emerging opportunities.
Develop and execute content marketing plans to drive organic traffic and lead generation.
Optimize content for search engines and track performance using analytics tools.
E-Commerce Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Create seamless user experiences and drive sales across channels including desktop, mobile web, and App.
Work closely with the Creative and Digital team to drive website UX/UI improvements for enhanced business KPIs.
Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize website performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Expertise Lead and implement both technical and non-technical SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Monitor website performance and implement SEO best practices to improve rankings.
Stay informed about search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Analytics and Reporting Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to achieve revenue targets.
Utilize analytics tools to derive actionable insights for informed decision-making.
Generate regular reports on key e-commerce metrics and KPIs.
Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development.
Communicate digital marketing strategies and results to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
You Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, advertising, or related field.
MBA or related master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven record of launching innovative, omnichannel, scaled, and digitally driven marketing programs.
Have a data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret analytics and use data to drive decision-making.
Knowledge of data warehouses/customer data platforms and how to activate a brand’s first-party dataset across marketing touchpoints.
Adobe Journey Optimizer experience is a plus.
Experience with SEO reporting tools.
Deep experience with CMS, demonstrating a thorough understanding of best practices and optimal execution Knowledge of Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and other digital measurement tools and how to best leverage each to unlock business potential.
