Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Residences Marketing & Communications Manager- Americas will be responsible for implementing marketing and PR activities to support the successful launch and sales of Aman Residence projects across the Asia Pacific region.
This role will report to the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, working closely to align APAC marketing and communications activity with the global strategic plan for the division.
This role will also work with Aman’s global brand and marketing teams to ensure alignment with the overarching brand identity and activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work alongside Senior Director of Marketing & Comms to develop marketing and communications plans for each project, with trackable goals and targets
Lead on executing activities within the agreed strategic plans for each project
Develop APAC project-specific marketing requirements during all phases of the project development, from brochures and hoardings to wayfinding and collateral to support sales initiatives, as needed
Act as the voice for marketing and communications in all relevant APAC Residence project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all required activities are on track
Act as the conduit between Residences team and the Global Marketing Team to ensure all APAC project updates are shared, as well as key deadlines, timelines and milestones
Act as brand champion for Aman Residences, giving strategic and creative consideration to all available owned channels, utilising these to maximise awareness of all relevant projects
Lead on briefing respective marketing specialists, e.
g.
CRM, performance marketing, social media, brand, etc.
, on required content and campaigns
Work closely with external PR agencies to drive relevant media coverage of APAC Aman Residence projects
Respond directly to relevant media enquiries surrounding APAC Aman Residence projects
Assist with planning of existing and pipeline development projects for business development and client/developer presentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication skill in English, with additional language preferred
University degree in the relevant field
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in luxury marketing
Proven experience in a similar role with a deep understanding of the ultra-luxury sector
Experience working within real estate beneficial, but not essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
Self-starter, able to work autonomously once on-boarded in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience of working under pressure managing multiple projects
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders, both external and internal
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive and engaging personality
Very high attention to detail
Proficiencies in PowerPoint, InDesign, and Excel
