A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain continued contact with existing customer base
Generate Renewal business from our past and current small business customers through high phone and email activity
Close renewal business consistently at or above quota level
Prospect and pitch eligible accounts
Communicate current eligibility status to existing clientele
Manage expectations of our existing customers based on performance and origination strategy
Facilitate the necessary paperwork for obtaining new capital and correspond with all relevant parties
Ensure a collaborative, coordinated, and team focused environment with common goals and objectives
Collaborate with out Broker Channel regarding their eligible accounts
WHAT YOU HAVE
1+ years sales experience through high-volume phone and email communications
Excellent organizational/time management skills to ensure follow up with all customers
Have maintained a monthly or quarterly quota in a transactional selling environment
Analytical individual with strong attention to detail
Comfortable conducting business over the phone
Individual who is articulate and well spoken
Self-motivated and results-driven
Must possess a strong work ethic and professional attitude
Financial experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
