What you’ll be doing.

As a Pega Business Architect, working on the Marketing team, you will gather information from
stakeholders, cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and
document requirements to support the design, development and testing of a Pega NBA implementation.
As the BA, you will be responsible for translating the high-level vision from the business team into
technical specifications for the Pega development and testing teams.
You will be a key player in agile
process management, daily grooming sessions, analyzing, scoping and accepting user stories and UAT.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Collect business and technical requirements by leading requirement gathering sessions with
extended cross functional teams.
Create user stories and groom the stories with the Pega Development and QA teams to get
group consensus.
Contribute to the creation of use cases, test cases, traceability matrix and business requirement
documentation.
Serve as the liaison between the business and the Development teams in order to supply
technical solutions to meet business needs.
Make sure that the solution implemented meets the business requirements and business can
report on the effectiveness of each campaign.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree and 4 or more years of work experience.
4 years of relevant experience
2 or more years experience working on implementation of PEGA Inbound/Outbound campaigns
Good understanding of Pega Next Best Action
Good understanding of Marketing terminology
Experience working as a development/business analyst gathering requirements from the
business stakeholders.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Pega Business Architect (CBA) certification.
SQL knowledge
Technical project experience
Technical (e.
g.
, systems design) and/or analytical skills.
