Position Overview:
Are you an ambitious and driven individual experienced in corporate sales within the Part 135 aviation industry? An exciting opportunity awaits! We are seeking a talented Corporate Salesperson to join our client’s team.
This role involves promoting and selling Part 135 charter services to corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate clients for Part 135 charter services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring client retention.
Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand the corporate client base.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored charter solutions that meet client requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our services.
Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring favorable agreements for the company and clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to drive sales strategies.
Requirements:
Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably within the Part 135 aviation sector.
Strong understanding of Part 135 regulations and knowledge of the aviation industry.
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Location and Work Arrangement:
Ideally based in New Jersey, NY, or New York, NY, but open to remote work arrangements.
Some travel is required for client meetings and industry events.
Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and performance.
