Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly Responsibilities: BE ABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs, and financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles Maintain the business relationship with the customer and grow the relationship over time Qualifications: Insurance license required (220) Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations Experience with sales lead software is a plus Multi-tasking and prioritization of tasks Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required Hunger to earn more Passion for serving our truck drivers of America About Company Peco Insurance Agency is an agency providing the best in commercial insurance.
