*Responsibilities:*
*Sales and Customer Service:*
* Welcome customers with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
* Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
* Showcase puppies, highlighting their unique qualities and charm.
* Educate customers on responsible puppy ownership, including training and healthcare.
* Guide customers through a seamless purchasing journey, ensuring satisfaction.
* Address customer inquiries and provide post-sale support.
*Puppy Care and Welfare:*
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for our puppies.
* Monitor the health and well-being of puppies, ensuring they thrive.
* Collaborate with veterinarians to maintain up-to-date health records.
* Provide basic grooming and hygiene care for puppies.
* Assist customers in selecting appropriate supplies for their new companions.
*Social Media Marketing and Promotion:*
* Develop creative strategies to promote puppies and engage potential customers on various social media platforms (TikTok & Instagram).
* Create captivating social media content featuring puppies to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
*Qualifications:*
* Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a pet-related industry.
* Deep knowledge and passion for puppies, including different breeds and care requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and educate customers.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing techniques.
*Job Types:* Part-time (30-35hrs weekly)
*Salary Range:* $13.
00 - $15.
00 per hour
*Shifts:*
* Flexible 8-hour shifts available, including day and evening shifts.
* Availability required Monday to Friday, with weekend flexibility as needed.
