The Opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring an iGaming Analyst to join our team at Gamewise.
Gamewise, Delaware North’s interactive gaming division, is hiring an Analyst to be a key influential role in designing and delivering business-driving analytical reporting and insights for Betly Casino & Sportsbook WV, Betly Sportsbook AR, Betly Sportsbook TN, and MVGBet OH.
You will continuously evaluate marketing performance, gaming operations, guest behaviors patterns, and transactional events on our platforms while synthesizing inputs from Gamewise leadership stakeholders to identify opportunities to grow bottom-line revenues.

Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $66800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

Lead as a key authority in all third party vendor and content provider data sources and reporting.
Partner with Senior Leadership to define and execute on reporting needs, KPI benchmarking, A/B testing roadmaps, and automation/dashboard development.
Proactively dive into business KPI reporting on a daily basis and report out on opportunities to optimize sportsbook operations, casino content, marketing performance, and overall guest experience.
Collaborate with Finance and Senior Leadership to develop revenue models, forecasts, and budgets rooted in deep understanding of Gamewise’s historical performance, market trends, competitive landscape, and business strategies.
Support the acquisition team in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to refine targeting, spend throttling, channel mix, and A/B testing.
Regularly monitor and analyze key acquisition channel native reporting; including but not limited to Google Analytics, Meta, and Connected TV channels.
Partner with the Marketing Ops and CRM teams to design, templatize, and support populating proforma and postformas.
Work closely with Marketing Managers in each area to extract key insights to propel future campaigns to heightened success.
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on broader marketing performance and analytics needs.
Regularly meet and review channel CPAs, conversion rates, bonus reinvestments, event attendance, and CRM comms efficacy.
Qualifications Must be of legal gambling age.
Able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license in operating jurisdictions.
Minimum 5 years experience in online gaming in a BI or Analytics focused role.
Minimum 3 years experience in Tableau.
Excellent experience developing impactful, professional and intuitive data visualizations.
Entrepreneurial skills; can independently and proactively identify and act on complex business challenges and opportunities to improve revenues.
Ability to analyze, join, and interpret complex gaming data; extracting meaningful insights.
Ability to collect, organize, present departmental business performance metrics to executive level stakeholders.
Highly organized and able to adapt evolving priorities.
Knowledgeable of various casino games and rules.
Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
Bending, Stooping, Lifting.
