Responsibilities:
-Work with Production manager to schedule crews and schedule Ancillary work.
- Make sure Landscape areas are always thriving.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations
- Understand Landscape Maintenance
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Landscape Account management or sales in Landscape Maintenance
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Technical sales experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong negotiation skills
