This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As Director, Americas Marketing Strategy - CALA (Caribbean and Latin America) you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth.
On the Americas Marketing Strategy team reporting to the Senior Director, Americas Regional Strategy, you will work on projects including developing go-to-market strategies and marketing plans that drive commercial success in the region in partnership with the Global Marketing and Americas Commercial teams.

What your day-to-day will be like: Analyze consumer and business needs to prioritize objectives into actionable marketing plans to be aligned and integrated across a matrixed marketing organization.
Develop commercially motivated (mid and lower-funnel) marketing programs to increase top-line revenue and grow market share for Hilton brands in the CALA region.
Understand and promote the needs of both the brand and our goals by solving performance gaps and opportunities through analysis, measurement, and evaluation for initiatives in the region.
How you will collaborate with others: Lead a CALA Marketing Strategy team, providing support, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
Collaborate with a team of marketing experts to manage integrated marketing programs with the ability to respond to dynamic market conditions.
Be a trusted thought and accountability partner to the Marketing and Commercial leaders.
What projects you will take ownership of: Craft and manage annual strategic go-to-market plans for the CALA region in partnership with teams and partners.
Deliver and advocate for marketing initiatives in the region through insight-driven storytelling of consumer and business opportunities.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications: Ten (10) years in large consumer marketing (B2C) companies with exposure to Latin American markets.
Five (5) years of experience leading people and teams.
