Octagon Talent Solutions is searching for senior sales executives in S Florida specializing in cybersecurity technologies! We are building a New Markets team whose mission is to boost growth in new regions, expanding their footprint, and equipping organizations around the world with all they need to succeed in digital transformation.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join us in taking our client company's success even further, reaching new customers and helping them identify their security risks and put into place holistic cybersecurity solutions.
Focusing on both midmarket and corporate segments, you'll become a trusted advisor to their customers, providing an exceptional customer experience backed by the leading suppliers of cloud security solutions.
You'll also be able to leverage their partnership network across the US – from building relationships to coordinating or creating new offerings that meet customer needs – all while keeping track of your pipeline activity with Salesforce (CRM).

Responsibilities: • Focusing in corporate and midmarket segments in USA, the main priority is become a trusted advisor for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally to help our customers benefit from our cybersecurity and cloud portfolio, backed by trusted suppliers to deliver an exceptional customer experience • The Senior Sales Specialist will also lead the strategy to leverage with partners and lead pipeline development by proliferating client company Tech s solutions across customers locally in US • The role will need to orchestrate across Enterprise B2B Sales, Partner Management, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure the partner offerings are aligned to customer requirements and to profit objectives as defined through the client company Tech s solutions map • The Senior Sales Specialist will provide feedback to the organization to develop other new markets where partner capacity and coverage is needed • Build partnership relationships with international leaders, teams, and executives to facilitate/promote a strong cybersecurity culture, based on trust • Build and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities with the responsibility and expectation of driving opportunities from lead to closing • Generate and qualify prospective leads and customers in midmarket and corporate segments • Follow-up on leads generated by marketing activities and events • Manage relationships in stages of the full sales life cycle from first contact through customer acquisition • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports • Accurately and continuously track all sales and prospecting activities in Salesforce.
com (CRM) • Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to prospective customers of client company Tech s services and products and provide support and guidance if critical incidents are discovered, to offer immediate response/resolution • Effectively position client company Tech as the best choice for the customer • Work with presales and finance team members to create and finalize contracts • Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall sales and team results Requirements: • Our ideal candidate will have at least 13 years of sales experience and 10 years in Information Security industry, but most importantly we want you to have passion for selling • Technical sales profile with from 5 to 10 years experience in Information Security for large accounts in the U.
S • Bachelor s degree in IT, Engineering, Computing, Information Security or related field or experience • CISSP (ISC)2, CISM, GSLC, CCSP certifications and bodies of knowledge • 10+ years of industry and B2B sales experience in Cyber Security, preferably in a prospecting environment • Wide professional network of Cyber Security potential clients and partners is required • Sales oriented professional with a go-getter personality, results-driven and self-motivated with a self-help attitude • Fluent English • Experience in Compliance & Governance and Risk Management programs • Experience working in high tech, information security, sales/presales in multinational companies • Knowledge of Architecture and Cloud Infrastructures
