The Marketing Manager will be critical in overseeing our call center, managing inbound and outbound callers, and executing lead generation events.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing, experience in using HubSpot CRM, and the ability to collaborate with an outsourced marketing team.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of our marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the call center, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound calling operations.
Plan and execute lead generation events, including trade shows, expos, and community outreach programs.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the home improvement industry.
Collaborate with the outsourced marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Manage the company's HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and utilizing it for lead nurturing and tracking.
Create and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and suppliers.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to company leadership.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends.
Develop and execute social media lead-generation strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to name a few.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to generate leads and drive engagement.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure that social media content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends.
Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive lead generation.
Execute paid search advertising campaigns (e.

, Google Ads) to capture potential leads actively searching for home improvement services.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential search terms and phrases.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize lead-generation efforts.
Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve website and landing page performance.
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for lead capture and user experience.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide them with necessary lead information and insights.
Explore and implement new lead generation technologies, tools, and platforms to stay competitive in the market.
Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
