Summary:
This role is designed for an individual eager to begin or further their career in marketing by gaining comprehensive experience in a fast-paced environment.
The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to the creative process.
This position reports directly to the CMO and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, such as schedule management, meeting coordination, and project tracking.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior online.
Update databases and utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as mobile clinics, participation in community events, and grassroots.
Prepare promotional materials.
Assist in managing website content and social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
Monitor and report on competitor activity and relevant industry trends.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Provide support in measuring and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights, and assessing against goals.
Other duties may be assigned per operational needs.
Requirements and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.
g.
, CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords).
Ability to multitask and take initiative.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Previous internship or experience in marketing is a plus, but not required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel for events and meetings.
National travel to all locations will be required.
