Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Lead and manage a team of community managers, setting clear objectives, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success in executing social media initiatives.
Cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate closely with the agency managing our paid media, providing support on campaign assets and ensuring unified efforts.
Engage cross-functionally with other departments, including Sales, Customer Services, HR, among others, contributing to a cohesive organizational strategy.
AI Integration
Leverage experience or proactively explore the integration of artificial intelligence into social media operations, driving innovative solutions.
Organic Execution
Develop, oversee, and implement the firm's organic social media strategy across various platforms.
Continuously evaluate and suggest adjustments to the strategy based on industry trends, platform updates, and audience behavior.
Lead the execution of organic social media strategies across various platforms with a strategic mindset, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Campaign Activation
Understand how social media integrates with broader marketing initiatives, proactively activating campaigns and content for events and promotions.
Deep understanding on social media platforms (i.
e.
Meta, YouTube, TikTok), social media management platforms (i.
e.
Sprout Social), and other Marketing Technologies (e.
g.
bot integrations, CMS).
Performance Analytics
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts, campaigns, and overall presence.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to enhance performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Content Calendar Leadership
Oversee and lead the development and execution of a dynamic content calendar, aligning content with strategic goals and ensuring timely delivery.
Audience Engagement Focus
Devise strategies to increase audience engagement across platforms, fostering a vibrant online community.
Develop a deep understanding of our audience and conduct research to keep identifying their pain points

Market Monitoring and Reactivity:
Stay informed about changes in the legal market, industry trends, and competitor activities.
React swiftly to market changes, ensuring the firm maintains relevance and adapts strategies accordingly.
Social Listening:
Utilize social listening tools to monitor conversations, trends, and mentions related to the firm and industry.
Respond effectively to audience sentiment and feedback, contributing to a positive online reputation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing organic social media campaigns for brands, preferably within a marketing agency.
Ability to think strategically and contribute to overall marketing initiatives.
In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and platform capabilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience with social listening tools and a keen understanding of audience sentiment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Project management skills and familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience collaborating with paid media teams for integrated campaigns.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
National and International travel will be required.
