We are hiring motivated Sales Managers to lead our varying teams within our businesses of Mawer Capital & Mawer Celebrities.
This would include managing the team responsible for selling top celebrities products and services, and may include an apt setting team.
This position will be managing an ongoing expanding team.

A key part of this role includes:
* Hiring new reps
* Maintaining performance of current reps
* Improving show rate and revenue per call of all reps
* Auditing all reps
* Running sales operations
* Liaising with the Marketing team on current offers and their development
* Training, enhancing scripts, objection handling techniques
* Hosting daily/weekly meetings
The perfect person must be able to run operations, spreadsheets, reports, manage emotions, keep a hungry team happy, but also hold them accountable and make them world class.
You will likely be expected to occasionally do calls yourself to keep “fresh” and in the trenches.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.
00 - $110,000.
