PURPOSE:
Our growing insurance agency is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts.
You will be an integral part of the development, design and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas.
You should be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.
The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our brand and growth.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Social Media Posts (Facebook & Instagram).
Assisting office managers, CEO and Human Resources in projects.
Research the market, analyze trends to help define marketing strategy, and provide advice to best reach the target market
Coordination of community outreach events, sponsorships, & conferences
Creating charts, forms, templates, power points, logos, graphic designs, etc.
Photoshop pictures/video editing.
Oversee Marketing 360 strategies.
Posting approvals.
Event Setup/Ideas for advertising.
Monitor all marketing programs & procedures.
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.
g.
Sales team) to develop and monitor other strategic marketing initiatives.
Analyze and report on the efficiency of all campaigns.
Conduct market research and trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs and strategies.
Creation of content to target a specific market.
Send out any "Marketing" emails to Office Staff/Agents.
Responsible for producing high-quality content and social engagement.
Contribute to the Agency’s social media objectives through strategy creation, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
Continually improve media tactical planning across all platforms.
Apply expertise in the planning process, audience and creative strategy development, budget forecasting, and industry tracking.
Manage social campaigns from setup, execution, optimization, and reporting to the clients’ key performance indicators, which vary by campaign types and objectives.
Develop and pitch social media plans and campaigns.
Execute ongoing and approved campaigns according to client brand guidelines.
Create new shareable memes, content, and engagement opportunities
Reply to customers and public figures through brand accounts
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in planning and leading initiatives.
Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked-In, etc.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
A degree in communication, marketing, social media or any related field is a plus can be substituted with work experience.
This position requires a person who must be able to work under stress and deal with the public effectively in a professional manner.
2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
Able to type minimum 35 words per minute (minimum).
Results driven, persistent - able to self-direct and work independently showing initiative, while seeking guidance when appropriate.
Ability to work with a team.
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
Time management expertise to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner throughout the day.
Organizational skills to keep an accurate record of documentation.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently.
Proficient technology usage skills.
Honest and ethical team player.
Sense of urgency with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Computer knowledge such as powerpoint, database and spreadsheets is required.
Strong attendance history of punctuality.
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and be flexible in a fast paced and growing organization.
