Call Center Sales Representative Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and promote products or services - Conduct warm calling to engage customers and build rapport - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Utilize customer service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to business development efforts - Use software systems, such as Salesforce, to record customer interactions and update relevant information Qualifications: - Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication skills) - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers - Excellent communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking - Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
