Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Sales Associate to join our team at Erace The Hate.
As a Marketing Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, and attracting sales for our brand and products.
Responsibilities:
1.
Driving promotional vehicles, following all traffic laws and regulations.

Distribute promotional materials, samples, and merchandise to potential customers to generate interest and drive sales.
5.
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing information about our brand and offerings.
6.
Collect customer feedback, inquiries, and contact information for follow-up and sales conversion.
7.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative strategies to attract customers and increase sales through the billboard truck campaign.
8.
Track and report on campaign performance, including customer interactions, leads generated, and sales conversions.
9.
Assist with setting up and dismantling promotional displays, signage, and equipment as needed.
10.
Represent Erace The Hate in a professional manner at all times and uphold our brand values and image.
Qualifications:
1.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience driving commercial vehicles or trucks.
2.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers effectively.
3.
Sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
4.
Enthusiasm for promoting positive messages and social causes, aligned with Erace The Hate's mission and values.
5.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
6.
Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings, based on campaign schedules and events.
7.
Physical ability to lift and carry promotional materials and equipment, set up displays, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
