The Commercial Account and Sales Executive is the chief relationship and marketing officer for each assigned account and ensures service delivery and overall performance of commercial services, and also identifies new business opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop deeper relationships with clients and act as their primary contact.
Conduct on-going account visits and meetings (minimum twice a month per account) to review service performance, utilization reports and communicate new feature releases (when applicable).
Proactively identify opportunities for potential upsell to drive incremental revenue.
Review contract-related deliverables and ensure compliance; additional services are communicated internally and included in addendums; identify opportunities to provide additional billable services at Fision Plus rates.
Review commercial and common area accounts to identify potential issues, gaps in revenue, document equipment, and adjust accounts as necessary; cross reference Salesforce and billing system to ensure consistency.
Attend out-of-office meeting with customers as needed to deliver sales presentations, present & discuss services and solutions, conduct site-surveys, and supervise and observe installs; attend launch kickoff meetings to discuss deliverables outlined in contract.
Provide strategic solutions; ensure the client has an overall positive experience.
Create and maintain account, opportunity, and contact records in Salesforce; document Salesforce throughout the opportunity lifecycle and update with pertinent information; create and update Service Orders with accurate contact, billing, and engineering notes.
Provide support to Service Coordinator and Sales Engineer; assist with monitoring outstanding tasks and tickets, and coordinate with property and dispatch for installation(s).
Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention; works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet or exceed specified timelines.
Generate quotes, obtain signatures and approvals for all billable services; ensure execution.
Assist the Account Management team with performing property audits to identify services being provided.
Other duties as required or assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Bachelor's degree in business, or appropriate equivalent from an accredited university
Minimum 3 years of telecommunications industry experience with account management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages a plus
Excellent customer service skills; Sustained service-oriented focus
Sales mentality
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proven experience identifying a client’s needs and providing strategic solutions
