Position Description:
The Sales Executive responsibilities include growing and managing a portfolio of accounts, engaging with new prospective customers, and representing the company.
The position will be vital to increasing sales, improving margins, and creating loyal and satisfied customers.
This role will interface with various internal and external contacts.
It will be responsible for communicating and collaborating with many groups, including the global sales team members, pricing, dispatch, and leadership.
In addition, this position provides the opportunity to learn, build experience and grow the confidence required for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service.
Provide the highest customer service and professionalism to internal and external customers.
Positive Attitude.
Maintain a “can do” attitude in all situations and promote positivity within the workplace.
Sales pricing strategies.
Using AEG data and customer feedback to support the Sales Team in developing winning pricing strategies.
Customer Management.
Identify critical decision-makers to establish business relationships while developing new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting.
Continually engage and optimize customer relationships.
Marketing and sales knowledge through LinkedIn and CRM (Salesforce) is highly desired.
Critical thinking and analysis of market data.
Working with leadership to develop and create the strategic plan and processes to grow market share in Fuel and Trip Support.
Sales Process.
Become an expert at the AEG vision, solutions, and presentation skills across all media platforms by formulating the solutions and services available and tailoring them to client-specific needs.
Develop internal processes for order conversion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of B2B sales experience focused on the U.
S.
marketplace, particularly within the jet fuel/aviation space.
1-3 years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Strong networking skills
Be task and goal-oriented
Have initiative and attention to detail as well as the ability to work well within a team environment
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
