Build and sustain a robust sales lead pipeline.
Introduce and customize services to meet the unique transport requirements of clients.
Skillfully negotiate and finalize sales contracts, focusing on profitability and client satisfaction.
*Client Relationship Management*: Foster and preserve enduring relationships with clients.
Efficiently and professionally handle client queries, concerns, and issues.
Keep abreast of market trends and sector developments to offer well-informed recommendations to clients.
*Operational Collaboration*: Work in tandem with the operations team to guarantee smooth and dependable freight transport.
Oversee and track shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and addressing any problems that arise.
*Market Analysis*: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the freight brokerage industry, including competitors and market conditions.
Leverage insights from market analysis to uncover new sales prospects and develop strategic approaches.
