The Sr Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for helping Lennar Divisions execute a best in-class digital marketing program.
Your role is to partner with Lennar’s homebuilding divisions to plan and execute a Digital Marketing strategy designed to engage with high quality leads.
You will be collaborating on an overall plan, recommend strategy, provide budget guidance, oversee execution, and serve as liaison between the Division and digital team.
You are a close, trusted partner for the Division’s digital marketing efforts.
The Sr Digital Marketing Strategist needs to be a proactive, strategic marketer, with expert familiarity with Digital Marketing channels and tactics, who is highly organized and articulate, well-versed with Lennar operations and the homebuilding industry.
Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to craft comprehensive digital marketing programs.
Utilize channels such as SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, OTT, and email marketing to drive sales and enhance market presence.
Execution Oversight: Oversee execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with specialist teams to refine media placement/optimization, creative content, channel strategies, and channel mixes based on performance.
Strategic Insights: Analyze customer interactions and market trends to identify opportunities for product and digital experience enhancements.
Budget Management: Develop and control the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
Regularly conduct strategy reviews to optimize spending and performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong, productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Facilitate strategy sessions to align divisional goals with corporate marketing strategies.
Qualifications: Experience: At least 7 years in digital marketing, including in business/client facing roles.
Hands on campaign execution experience is a plus.
Preference for agency background.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, Paid Social media, OTT, and programmatic display.
Deep understanding of optimization and measurement of direct-response advertising.
Overall proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign analysis and management.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills, capable of strategic thinking and problem-solving within a fast changing market and dynamic environment.
Communication: Exceptional communication abilities, adept at delivering presentations to senior management and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
Adaptability: Highly organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Sr.
Digital Marketing Strategist to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
Finger dexterity is necessary.
