3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Previous experience in upselling or cross-selling.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
