*Plastic Surgery Sales, *We are enthusiastic to announce an opening for a new Patient Coordinator at Boutinic Aesthetics Plastic Surgery.
The Patient Coordinator is a sales position, working directly with new patients from initial contact, through the consultation process and, when appropriate, selling a suite of cosmetic, surgical procedures.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, hardworking individual with a focus on exceptional customer service.
About the position:
* Effectively manage inbound leads, providing detailed information on procedures and estimated costs.
* Bring your strong service knowledge, goal-setting experience, and passion for negotiating and closing, handling objections and rebuttals during customer interactions.
* Effectively recommend, quote, and negotiate about the services knowledge with customers to close the sale while identifying and handling all sales opportunities.
*Skills:*
* Must display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as a customer centric attitude.
* Work well both in a team environment and individually.
* Be detail-oriented, organized & ability to multi-task.
* Basic knowledge of operating a computer and the Office Apps (Word, Excel) or Google Docs.
* Ability to communicate well in oral and written formats with all levels of our organization and our customers.
* Fluent in spoken and writer in English
