Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with potential voters or customers
- Communicate effectively and persuasively to promote a specific cause, product, or service
- Provide information about candidates, initiatives, or products to educate and inform individuals
- Collect data and feedback from interactions for analysis and reporting purposes
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly goals for outreach and engagement
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate canvassing efforts and share best practices
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, fundraising, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of individuals
- Ability to negotiate effectively and overcome objections in a respectful manner
- Strong organizational skills to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods of time
