The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Design Suite.
Candidates must be detail-oriented and have experience in marketing, advertising, or communications, and past experience as a marketing assistant or similar role, will possess knowledge of transitional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.
· Social Media & Digital:
o Produce engaging and persuasive written content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, website copy, email campaigns, advertisements, and product descriptions.
o Manage and schedule social media posts across different platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create and curate content that aligns with brand voice and messaging.
o Develop and maintain content calendars that outline the posting schedule and themes.
Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand presence on social media.
o Develop visuals for campaigns, including web graphics, videos, and other visuals.
o Develop innovative ideas for social media graphics and campaigns.
o Monitor and respond to feedback from followers on social media platforms.
o Knowledge of marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve campaign performance.
o Conceptualize, script, and oversee the production of video content to effectively communicate the brand message.
o Ability to effectively work with various digital marketing tools, including video editing software.
· Marketing
o In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts.
o Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
o Development of marketing materials to include press releases, case studies, brochures, advertisements, videos, newsletters, email campaigns, banners, product highlights, and social media promotion.
o Responsibility to keep track, organize and reorder Marketing sample inventory.
o Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, markets, customer visits webinars, and product launches.
o Update and prepare PowerPoint Presentations.
o Work with the management team on new product development initiatives, including developing communications, product naming, brochure creation, web page additions, and more.
Skills and Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced marketing and communication department.
· Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
· Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
· Knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other graphic design software.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel (Muast be able to regularly and easily do formulas like VLookups, and pivot tables in Excel), and PowerPoint.
· Knowledge of CRM software and DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is a plus
· Familiarity with digital asset management and file formats
· Creative problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Passion for creative design and technology
