*Responsibilities:*
* Transform raw content into engaging and shareable materials across various channels.
* Edit and reformat success stories, giving them a fresh and dynamic twist.
* Innovatively transform existing videos into formats aligned with current trends to captivate our audience.
* Develop and craft storytelling content that encapsulates the essence of our brand and directly connects with our audience.
* Uphold high-quality standards for all content, ensuring seamless alignment with our brand identity.
* Identify challenges and provide effective solutions to ensure a smooth content creation process.
* Showcase creativity and expertise through a portfolio highlighting achievements in content creation and video editing.
* Collaborate closely with the team, providing creative input to enhance the storytelling aspect of our content.
* Demonstrate technical proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, and the ability to edit short-form content using an iPhone.
* Embrace a producer mindset, managing different formats from the same video, and preformatting content for diverse social media platforms.
* Utilize technical camera skills to capture high-quality video content.
*Qualifications:*
* 3-5 years of demonstrated expertise in crafting content specifically for social media platforms.
* Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, and other relevant graphic design and video editing software.
* Fluent in Spanish, with a strong grasp of Spanish grammar.
* Technical camera skills and experience in videography.
* A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects that exhibit your skills and style in social media content creation.
* Strong analytical skills with an excellent eye for detail.
