Running a law firm is hard as it is.
It’s even harder to earn the trust of your local market, especially when some of these large law firms aren’t providing great services to their clients.
However, at the law offices of MAUSNER GRAHAM INJURY LAW we intend to do the exact opposite of those “big firms” you’ve seen on TV.
We do GREAT work for our clients.
We know we care.
And the area of SOUTH FLORIDA needs more of our help.
THAT’S where you come in.
Our firm is seeking a full-time Director of Marketing who wants to grow with us and grow our business long term.
We are looking for a motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, and obsessed individual to take the reins on all of our personal injury law firm’s marketing initiatives and strategies.
We need someone to take responsibility for: 1.
The number of leads we generate every month 2.
Exploding our brand presence (through value-based awareness marketing) 3.
Ensuring our lead-to-signed client conversion rate increases over time 4.
Create and execute strategic marketing plans While we are more interested in you matching our core values as a law firm, taking over our marketing department would involve the following: ● Taking our goals and turning them into strategic marketing plans ● Work in conjunction with our current marketing agency to plan social and website content for cohesive messaging (Website management, SEO, LSA, Google presence) • Providing Day-to-Day content • Event/Sponsorship/Community Events and News • Shooting Content ● Manage contact lists and keeping in-house databases organized and up-to-date ● Overseeing and implementing more conventional and grassroots methods of marketing (events, mailers, sponsorships, promotional items, etc.
) - Must be outgoing and represent the brand in all facets ● In person content creation, editing, and posting of video material for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
This includes scripting, staging, editing, and often times, developing video series that build off of each other.
You should be on the pulse of social trends and be able to adapt them to be applicable to our firm.
● LinkedIn management, research, skills and marketing ● Budget allocation tracking & management *PPC Manager - Qualifications & Skills:* ● Work in conjunction with our marketing agency to manage PPC campaigns ● Advise on our Google Ads & Landing Page Strategies ● Google Ads dashboard familiarity ● Project management experience ● Copywriting chops ● Track new leads and signed cases ● Track other firm data We are a culture-driven company, with strong values, huge goals and a bright future set for us.
