Focusing on the Facility Services Management Division in janitorial Services, pressure Washing, and floor detailing service among others in the following areas: Facilities, Commercial properties, Hospitals, Schools/ Universities, Logistics, Industrial, and more ( private and public sectors) *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:* * Effectively build and manage relationships with existing customers and potential new clients and facilitate growth strategy for the company * Work with customers on negotiating and executing new contracts or any changes to existing services.
* Analyze the current and future commercial development needs of the Company's products, examining commercial deficiencies in the different sectors to establish the different commercial actions to follow.
* Ensure that all sales opportunities and customer information are properly captured, tracked, and updated as required * Carry out market analysis in your area and commercial prospecting, obtaining the necessary information to understand local opportunities for new business, and develop compelling proposals to retain existing business * Carry out the planning and execution of commercial actions according to the plan agreed by Management for its clients and/or assigned sector, visiting potential clients, analyzing needs, and presenting the services offered by the Company thus increasing business volume.
* Coordinate the negotiation of prices and commercial conditions between those responsible for the operating account and existing clients as well as with those responsible for the offer in the case of new clients, providing the necessary information and seeking to achieve short and medium objectives, and long-term to maximize the benefit for the Company and the client.
* Ensure the application of the pricing policy defined by the Management in the offers/competitions presented in its management area.
* Analyze the evolution of the business (market situation, trends, commercial agreements, evolution of results, competitors, etc.
) in your area of responsibility.
*QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, LICENSE, and/or CERTIFICATION* * Bachelor’s degree and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing, Finance, and Business Administration, or relevant sales field.
* Must have 3+ years with a proven Business Development and/or Account Sales Management, or a similar role * Experience selling to Facilities, Commercial properties, Hospitals, Schools/ Universities, Industrial, and more ( private and public sectors) * Successful sales career progressive year after year demonstrating growth in sales.
* Experience in managing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as SalesForce and others.
* Experience selling “services” with contract negotiation required * In-depth knowledge of Business Development Strategies to enhance and volumize company business.
* Fluent in English.
Spanish is a plus * Ability to deliver engaging presentations * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset focusing on delivering high-quality candidates to meet hiring goals.
