*Job Description:* As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Amazon seller account, excluding advertising.
You will play a critical role in maximizing sales, optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
*Responsibilities:* * Manage and monitor our Amazon seller account on a day-to-day basis.
* Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion rate.
* Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate with our fulfillment team to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
* Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Keep up to date with Amazon policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance at all times.
* Work closely with our marketing team to align strategies and promotions with our overall business objectives.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to inventory, logistics, or customer service.
* Provide regular reports and updates on account performance and key metrics.
*Requirements:* * * Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts, preferably in health and beauty.
* Strong understanding of Amazon's seller platform and policies.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
* Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
