Google Ads Manager (Paid Search Specialist)
We are seeking a qualified, in-house Google Ads Manager and PPC strategist to join our team.
We focus primarily on digital advertising for the career education sector.
Must be the leader on PPC projects and analytics.

*Duties and Responsibilities:*
Design, develop and manage multiple PPC campaigns across a variety of business segments and verticals; including account structure, campaign structure, keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategies management, ad copywriting and other core paid search capabilities.
Set up new Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, build all aspects of campaigns, set up GEO's, write ads, keyword research etc.
Work with our development team on website landing pages.
Set up call tracking, work in Google Analytics (also Bing), Meta Analytics, audit websites.
Analyze and optimize PPC and ad campaigns to increase ROI.
Determine best strategies to optimize PPC campaigns and performance.
Apply appropriate analysis and optimization techniques to ensure that campaigns deliver effectively and achieve goals and objectives.
Explore to understand business segment goals and priorities involving PPC accounts to achieve objectives.
Use Google’s interface tools as well as other necessary tools to manage accounts properly and efficiently.
Consult on A/B Testing for ad campaigns and landing page optimizations to generate qualified leads.
Work with the team members to estimate budgets and inquiry volumes for proposals and objective setting.
Forecast and manage budgets at the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

*Education, Experience, and Skills Required:*
3+ years working on campaigns in Google Ads
Google Ads certification (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (preferred)
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Ads, Bing, and Ad Copy.
Experience with Google Search, Display & Video Network, including remarketing and contextual advertising.
In-depth understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
Experience in applying search marketing to brand-building and direct-response initiatives.
Experience in PPC strategy and implementation in Google Ads Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube, and Bing are needed.
In-depth understanding of other platforms as it relates to marketing such as Meta, Yahoo, Bing, etc.
Technical, strong quantitative skills including high math proficiency and analytical nature.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail with critical thinking capabilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.
00 - $70,000.
