*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing compelling mail pieces for our clients and ensuring their seamless production through our digital printing equipment.
This role requires a combination of strong design skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities.
*Responsibilities:*
* Design and develop engaging direct mail pieces that effectively communicate our clients' messages and objectives.
* Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create visually stunning designs tailored to each client's unique needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design concepts align with project requirements and production capabilities.
* Imposition of designs using Fiery software for production printing.
* Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person or virtual meetings to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address feedback.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a direct mail or marketing-related field.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
* Strong understanding of print production processes and experience with Fiery imposition software.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for delivering visually compelling designs.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift.
