*Role Description*
This is a full-time General Manager role at RosaNegra Restaurants US located in Miami, FL.
The General Manager leads and manages the operations of the restaurant to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve financial goals.
They are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, maintaining quality control, and implementing policies and procedures to improve performance.
*Qualifications*
* Experience working as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
* Experience on previous restaurant openings
* Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a diverse team
* Strong business acumen and financial management skills
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
* Food safety certification is preferred
* Experience with restaurant technologies and social media marketing is a plus
