We are looking for a highly motivated store manager to join our organization.
Responsibilities include sales and operations management of 1 or more retail locations while being provided best in class training and a commission structure that is uncapped.

*Role*
As a Store Manager, you'll use your outstanding sales expertise, passion for the latest technology and customer satisfaction skills to create the ultimate experience.
As the driving force in building customer loyalty and growing our existing customer base, you'll deliver superior customer service and proactively contact existing clients to ensure they're getting the most out of our products and services.
With a rich understanding of Verizon technology and Smartmart services, you'll leverage this knowledge and expertise to:
o Analyze customer needs and present customer focused solutions.
o Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives & goals.
o Ensure a high quality customer experience in every situation, every time.
o Provide our clients with a basic understanding of the functionality of the products and services they purchase or subscribe to so that they can immediately make use of their new solutions.
*Job responsibilities include:*
o Adherence to the Business Code of Conduct.
o Ethical application of sales techniques and customer interactions.
o Attending of both formal and informal training to better grasp our retail store operations and keep up with company, market, and industry trends.
o Support daily business operations.
o Being responsible for all money and inventory at the retail store during retail store hours.
o Account for all monetary funds generated by the retail store activities on a daily basis.
o Participate in sales representative performance reviews as per company guidelines.
o Leading teams in sales.
o Ensuring team members are following all operational and sales procedures & protocols.
o Educating team on new promotions & offers.
o Ensuring team dynamics are positive.
o Managing inventory efficiently.
o Ensuring Time and Attendance policies are followed.
o Taking accountability for teams success.
o Adapting to constantly changing environment.
o Taking on new tasks as they are assigned.

o Excellent communication skills.
o Ability to deal with each and every client professionally and align his or her needs with company goals.
o Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, ensuring all required tasks are completed in a timely manner.
o Ability to navigate current technological tools including computers, wireless handheld devices, etc.
o Treat colleagues and supervisors with the utmost respect and implement action items and directives given by them.
o Ability to understand wireless industry trends and projections and utilize them to meet sales goals.
o Ability to interact with all levels of management within the organization in a professional and distinguished manager.
o Provide feedback and ideas in a respectful manner in order to better the organization.
o Knowledge of the rules governing the safe utilization of tools, equipment and materials, and the procedures necessary to ensure a safe working environment.
o Ability to understand sales and performance data and reporting and leveraging various reporting tools to constantly improve location and company sales.
o 2 years minimum sales experience
o High level of self-motivation
