DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES – DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND DELIVERABLES.
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated professional with the ability to provide the highest level of quality customer service for those visiting our Miami showroom.
Top candidates will possess a positive attitude, confident and welcoming personality, and excellent multi-tasking skills.
Showroom Management:
• Manage overall operations of our showroom including communications with administration, clients, salespeople, and vendors.
• Welcome prospective clients to our showroom, direct clients to the appropriate salesperson or location.
• Open and close the showroom while keeping reception area organized and ready for visitors.
Communication Representative:
• Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails.
• Courteous, efficient handling of incoming communications regarding all requests and concerns from clients and vendors.
• Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation.
• Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
• Arrange client payments from debtors for scheduled installation.
Social Media/Marketing Management:
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Commute to local jobs in order to create hands-on content including our current installations and projects.
• Strategically develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to meet client goals and enhance Garage Living’s brand values.
• Create captivating content across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design visually stunning graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements to accompany social media posts and advertisements.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday at fixed hours of operations.
NOTE: Must be willing to commute to local jobs to create hands-on content for social media purposes.
