The Customer Service Representative/Beauty Consultant supports the company mission by providing best in class customer service and consultations to customers, nationwide.
The ideal candidate is a beauty expert with strong product knowledge and excellent customer-facing skills.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming communication through various channels (emails, calls, chat or video chat), acting as the first point of contact and the face of Sayn Beauty for any customer inquiries
Maintain a positive, professional and attentive attitude towards customers, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
Determine customers’ skin or hair concerns, needs and preferences, in order to make personalized recommendations that fit their needs, tastes, and budgets
Become a product expert; Demonstrate and advise customer on proper use of selected products
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
Proactively find new ways to wow our customers
Assist with customer orders, as needed
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Esthetician license preferred; Genuine interest in beauty, skincare and haircare
