Responsibilities: - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Train and supervise retail staff, including setting work schedules and assigning tasks - Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed - Ensure store cleanliness and organization - Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer traffic - Conduct interviews and assist with hiring new employees - Assist with budgeting and financial management of the store - Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales goals and strategies Experience: - Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail setting - Strong knowledge of store management principles and practices - Proven ability to interview, train, and manage a team of employees - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly - Proficient in budgeting and financial management techniques - Multilingual skills are a plus - Experience in sales management is preferred - Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
