Our store located in Jacksonville is looking for an experienced *Assistant Manager*
*Salary will depend on experience*
* Ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales and maintain the appearance of the store
* Complete accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts and prices and conduct physical inventories
* Meet assigned sales performance and profitability criteria
* Maintain appropriate individual performance standards for the store in line with national standards
* Opening and/or closing of store (background check will apply)
* Preparing daily sales and weekly inventory reports
* Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales and maintain the appearance of the store
* Meet assigned sales performance and profitability criteria

*POSITION REQUIREMENTS:*
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
* Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Retail experience
* Cash handling experience
* Leadership by example
