Job Summary:
Art Gallery in North Miami, Florida is seeking a dynamically motivated Sales Associate to join our small company team that specializes in the sale of Ceramic Art.
The ideal candidate will have excellent in-person and telephone prospecting retail sales skills and experience, in addition to delivering excellent customer service.
Knowledge in the use of CRM and other new POS systems is required.
Candidate must live within 45 minutes of North Miami and work from the Art Gallery location every work day, Monday-Friday.
Some travel will be required after three months of training.
You will be personally trained by the owner of the company, who is one of the world's experts in the fields of African and English ceramics.

Responsibilities:
- Telephone prospecting of customers and skillful in closing the sale
- Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate support
- Handle transactions accurately
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
-Good writing skills to create persuasive sales emails
- Maintain clean and organized sales records
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
-Support the senior sales person
Requirements:
- Two years of direct or phone sales experience
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems, including CRM
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships
