We are currently seeking a highly motivated Salon Receptionist/Assistant to join our team at "in a dash beauty salon" located in the beautiful South Miami area.
As a Salon Receptionist/Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Owner in delivering exceptional salon services and ensuring a memorable experience for our valued clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the beauty industry and seeking room for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the front desk, opening and closing the salon, answering the phone, making appointments accommodating clients and more.
* Assist the Owner and Stylist with a wide range of salon services, including styling, and treatments.
* Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring all tools, equipment, and supplies are readily available for stylists.
* Greet clients warmly, provide exceptional customer service, and address their inquiries or concerns promptly.
* Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients' hair for styling or treatment procedures.
* Assist with blow-drying, straightening, and setting hair according to the stylist's instructions.
* Apply products, or other hair treatments as directed by the stylist.
* Escort clients to different stations and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
* Clean and sanitize salon equipment, stations, and tools after each use.
* Promote salon products and services to clients, offering appropriate recommendations based on their needs.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.

* Previous experience as a Salon Assistant (most have)
* Strong passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the salon's image and values.
* Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
* Available to work on the USA
