Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints Skills: - Strong retail sales experience, preferably in a similar industry - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Knowledge of technical sales, such as wireless devices, is advantageous - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively sell products and upsell additional items - Multilingual abilities are highly valued - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our store.
