Responsibilities:
The Inventory Audit Clerk will be responsible to perform in an accurate and efficient manner and according to department procedures.
The Inventory Audit Clerk must assist the Manager of the department to make sure all of the above objectives are met in a timely and precise manner.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:
Execute inventory according to approved schedule.
Oversee the return of salvageable merchandise.
Oversee inventory of all retail items
Order merchandise for direct delivery.
Maintain backroom security, cleanliness, and organization
Maintain accurate inventory levels
Check shipment acknowledgement errors
Process Over/Short Forms
Assist with Physical Inventories
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Computer literate.
Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of priciples and practices of organization, planning, records management, and general administration.
Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
High school education or equivalent.
Basic auditing experience preferred.
