We are looking for personable outgoing professionals who can help our customers look their best.
The Customer Experience Coordinator (CEC) is dedicated to each customer's experience by making them feel appreciated and valued whether they call or enter the Studio.
They are customer advocates whose purpose is to exceed customer expectations and make each waxing experience seamless and to their Liking
CEC Requirements
Flexible schedule able to work weekends
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills by having a positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor with customers and co-workers at all times
Minimum Qualifications
Receptionist, salon/spa experience, retail and computer skills preferred.
Fluent in English
CEC Responsibilities
Perform daily Studio opening/closing procedures and transacting sales
Manage the Studio's appointment book optimally including confirming appointments
Answer the phone/messages following Uni K Wax guidelines and booking appointments
Educate and offer skin care products as well as company loyalty programs
Performs maintenance tasks and merchandises retail products
Communicate constantly with co-workers to ensure customer needs are met
Evaluate customer experience and addresses concerns as needed
