Retail Store Manager

Store Manager Job Description: The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for creating a cohesive working environment for all store team members while ensuring a unique shopping experience for our clientele.
Achieve sales targets while building a customer base and brand awareness with local community.
Maintain company expectations of store appearance, product merchandising and inventory control.
Responsibilities: All Store Operations Including but Not Limited To: * Opening and closing procedures * Maintaining store appearance and cleanliness * Attend to any maintenance issues with urgency * Inventory Control * Store Merchandising * Shipping and Receiving * Supply replenishment and requests * Achieving Sales Targets * Creating daily sales goals for store and individuals * Understanding and implementing importance of UPT and ADS within team Sales Team Management: * Product knowledge training * Sales Training * Procedural training * Hiring new associates * Onboarding and operations training Client Creation and Retention: * Increasing current client base by creating brand awareness in local community * Handle any client issues that may arise in store * Proposing new avenues of connecting with current clients * Ensuring team is following company protocol pertaining to sale follow, shipments and outreach.
* Event proposals and execution Reporting: * Daily and monthly reporting * Employee Reviews * Payroll * Schedules * Utilizing Point of Sale to pull reporting Job Requirements: * Minimum of three years luxury store management experience * Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail * Proficient in excel and basic computer literacy * Proven ability to drive positive customer experience while building a client base * Self-motivated, strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organization Employment Type Full-time Edit job description Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.
