  * Clear Communication: Act as a liaison between vehicle owners and the police department, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout the release process.
Answer inquiries promptly and provide accurate updates on the status of impounded vehicles.
  * Fee Calculation and Payment: Calculate impound fees based on established guidelines and communicate the payment process to vehicle owners.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, or any other payment methods securely and efficiently.
  * Adherence to Procedures: Follow standardized protocols to verify ownership, conduct necessary background checks, and ensure all legal requirements are met before releasing the impounded vehicle.
  * Exceptional Service: Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism when dealing with vehicle owners who may be facing challenging circumstances.
  Requirements:  * Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles, preferably in a similar field.
