Room needed in Davie for 3 nights per week

35 year old male looking for a room that's no more than 3-5 miles from the Crexent office building in Davie, every week from Wednesday night thru Saturday morning.
I am out of the house by 8AM Thursday and back by 8-9PM.
Same for Friday and Saturday morning I'm gone.
Place is only needed to shower, sleep and work on laptop.
WILL CONSIDER SLEEPING ON COUCH.
Bed, desk and wifi is needed I can offer 50.
