Looking to roommate with a CD male (Miami)

Mature professional 🇯🇲 male in my mid 40's new to miami been here 6 months now & love it.
My lease is up & I am looking for a new room to rent between $800-$1,100 is 👌🏿 depending on the area I am a single professional male & I am looking for a room with private bathroom if possible I am very easygoing not socially awkward I respect other people & there space I'm very open minded 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️ which is why I would like a CD roommate & race not important!! I am very clean no girlfriend or visitors & no bad habits but I'm 420 & drinks friendly.
I work a lot I'm in the gym most of my day I'm up early & out the house I will help around the house again very clean very open minded.
I travel occasionally for work I'm a certified Personal trainer/Group instructor at a gym (M-F 6am-1pm 4-8pm) (Sat 9am-12pm).
